All bookings require a 50% deposit at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Failure to pay the balance may result in cancellation of your booking.
Cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival receive a full deposit refund. Between 30-60 days, 50% of the deposit is refunded. Less than 30 days yields no refund. We strongly advise purchasing travel insurance.
Guests are responsible for any damage to property during their stay. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Pets are allowed only with prior approval and an additional fee. Excessive noise after 10 PM is prohibited.
Villa Magnifica Palluri is not liable for accidents, injuries, or losses incurred during your stay. We recommend guests take necessary precautions and obtain comprehensive travel insurance.
We collect personal information only for booking purposes and will not share it with third parties without consent, except as required by law. Payment details are processed securely through our payment partners.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Halkidiki.
